Indemnity
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify Amazing Detail from and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (whether in tort or in contract) arising out of or related to your use of this Website.
1) Terms & Conditions (T&C’s)
1a) These Terms and Conditions of use (T&C’s) govern your access and use of this website which is operated by Amazing Detail. It also details Terms of Service.
1b) By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these T&C’s. If you do not agree with these T&C’s, you must not access or use this website.
1c) Amazing Detail reserve our right to change these T&C’s at any time, without notice.
1d) Amazing Detail reserves the right to change our price without notice. Acceptance of any service from Amazing Detail means that you the “Client” has understood and accepted the T&C’s listed on our website. That website being http://amazingdetail.com.au.
2) Appointments Seen/Unseen and Quoting
2a) Appointments will be made either “Seen” (vehicle has been physically sighted/inspected) or “Unseen” (an approximation has been provided after consultation with client via phone or electronic means).
2b) The price quoted for “unseen” appointments will be adjusted before commencement of the detail at the time of detail.
2c) “Seen” appointments may have the quoted price increased by up to but not exceeding 20% due to unseen workload hidden by soiling.
3) Booking Deposit
3a) A booking deposit (Non-refundable) for appointments of 50% of the “quoted” price will be required prior to the booking being accepted and confirmed.
3b) This booking deposit is subject to the conditions of the “rescheduling/no show policy”
4) Rescheduling/Cancelling/No show policy
4a) Rescheduling or cancelling appointments in excess of 72hrs before the time of appointment will incur zero fees.
4b) Rescheduling/cancelling appointments within 72hrs the time of appointment or a ‘no show” on the day will result in the non-refundable deposit being forfeited.
5) Processing Payment
5a) Complete payment for services must be maid prior to collection of vehicle.
5b) Payment can be made via Direct Transfer or via the online payment system STRIPE. Direct Transfer is suggested to avoid fees.
6) Vehicle Accessories/modifications
6a) Vehicle accessories such as plastic guards, covers or shields must be removed by the customer prior to commencement of work. In the event that these are not removed then Amazing Detail is not responsibly to any damage occurring to such items during the detailing process.
6b) Amazing Detail will not be liable for damage to any non–standard modifications not disclosed prior to the commencement of detailing.
7) Vehicle presentation
7a) The Client must remove excessive rubbish and any personal items from the interior of the vehicle including the boot. Amazing Detail are happy to remove small amounts of rubbish, but excessive rubbish removal will be charged a fee based on the time it takes to remove the rubbish. Excessive rubbish will be placed in plastic bags and placed in the boot for disposal unless bins are easily accessible.
7b) The Client must remove personal items from the interior of the vehicle including the boot. Excessive belongings removal will be charged a fee based on the time it takes to remove the belongings. Amazing Detail will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
8) Liability
8a) Amazing Detail is not liable for any residual component or soiling that has been removed from the customers’ vehicle whilst undergoing the detailing.
8b) Amazing Detail has sole discretion in determining the liability of any damage that the customer claims to have occurred to the vehicle while work was undertaken.
8c) Amazing Detail doesn’t take responsibility for any pre-existing damage prior to the commencement of work.
8d) It is the clients responsibility to familiarise themselves with the details of the service they have engaged for their vehicle. The Client fully accepts these details of service and may decline service as per the Rescheduling/Cancelling/No show policy.
8e) It is the Clients Sole responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is in complete and safe working order including all safety systems before driving the vehicle. No responsibility will be taken for the client not ensuring lights, mirrors, seat belts, etc. are located or adjusted as required for safe vehicle operation.
8f) Motor home and caravan details. Thie roof will not be included unless terms are agreed to in writting on acceptance of a formal quote detailing what additional cost will be incurred due to the hiring of any and all plant for safe work practices.
8g) Ute tray undersides. All effort will bve made to high pressure wash the underside of ute trays. top side will he high pressure washed. Any further detail requirement is to be expressily advised at time of booking and can only be accepted once the vehicle has been sighted.
9) Refund policy
9a) Upon work completion it is the client’s responsibility to inspect the work. Any issues that need rectifying must be done before the detailer leaves site. After the detailer has left any issues requiring re-attendance incur additional charges based on travel time and cause of problem. When Amazing Detail has left site or the vehicle has been returned the Client, the Client is legally bound to pay for services provided.
